The holiday season can be an extremely difficult time as we reflect on our loved ones. The ability to share our grief together can have a powerful impact on the healing process. As we embrace our sadness as part of a healthy healing process we must also remember to celebrate our loved ones spirit with joy and happiness… their wish for us.
